Love/Hate

I never know what to feel when we have school breaks. It is eathier craziness or tons of fun or sometimes both! I must say I am having alot fun but at the same time I am dealing with girl drama meltdowns (Tyla)being bored (MacKenzie) and cutting teeth (Ryker)and a hubby who has been extremely busy at work these past couple weeks.

I have to take deep breaths and remember that this time last year I was pregnant with Ryker and working full time stressing out about who was going to watch the girls and having a pity party for myself feeling bad I had to miss out on playing with my kids. So here is a little of what we have been doing.... watching and listening to these cute girls play with eachother. It really is a beautiful sight....I have been waiting for these days for a very long time now.
I took the kids to the moviesVery cute movie! (but wondering why I had to pay for Tyla's ticket since she sat on the stairs??)
The girls have been playing in the backyard very early in the morning and at night until dark. I love it!
Here are the "Twins" (cousins) again

Stay tuned for tomorrow plans....can't wait!!!

A Very Merry Christmas At The Treible Home!

This year was a crazy busy Christmas! Many of parties to attend, donating and gift wrapping for needy families, baking, cooking shopping and the list goes on! We had a great Christmas and I feel that our family got MORE than we should. I feel so blessed this year and am extremely thankful.

Check out those cheeks!

It was a busy christmas year and a little stressful even my husband agreed that we didn't get to relax and just enjoy time with the family so we decided that next year we will be the same place we were last year for the week of Christmas and Christmas day. We will be HERE and I won't be prego and can go on all the rides!

Zoo Time!

Today I took the kids to the zoo and my brother Bryan and his family met us there. It was cold and windy and all the animals were out! It was tons of fun!Ryker all bundled up in his stroller. (I was a bad Mom and forget his jacket I had laying out)Tyla informed me today that her Sissy is her best friend!

Best Cousins AKA "The Twins" (Don't they look so much alike?)
The girls favorite was the little monkeys in the monkey village!
Brayden playing on the cute little people playground

Tyla's day to shine

Today was a special day for Tyla! She was chosen to be the star student in her Kindergarten class at school and they had an assembly today and gave her an award! It was super cute and she was so proud and so was I! Then she had her Christmas dance recital and she did great and smiled the entire time. I love this little girl!If you have a little dancer and haven't had the chance to have Miss Vanessa as their teacher then you are missing out! She is amazing and loves her little dancers more then life itself. Miss Vanessa holds a very special place in my heart and Tyla's too!

Here is Tyla proudly holding her Star Student Award at Patterson School Assembly. She was so proud and pretty much ran up there to get her award when they called her name. She is growing up and really starting to understand so much more then she did at the beginning of the year.

I love how this girl smiles all the time! Way to go Tyla Paige!

8 Months!

Ryker is now 8 months! Holy Cow time flies! He is so much fun and I really don't think he can get any cuter! He finally go his first tooth last week! He crawls everywhere and pulls himself up to everything! He wants to walk so bad! He is a Mama's Boy and cries everytime I walk in the room and don't pick him up! Gotta love that! I still can't believe this little man is mine! We love him so so much!

He is pulling himself up to things and standing. He has even learned how to sit back down on his own, but yes, we do have alot of falls and I think it freaks me out more then him!

Here Ryker is trying to walk to me! Not yet Buddy!

Feeling a little crafty these days....

What do you do when you have sick kids that just want to lay on the couch and watch TV or just sleep? The answer should be nap, but I decided to do a couple little projects I found and now I am over it and if I hear the word PROJECT again I will gag!

We made this cute plate below for YaYa and PaPa and delivered it with some fresh baked snickerdoodles! YaYa loved it! I bought a bunch more plates, so it looks like I will be making some more. Yeah!

I saw this idea a few months back and I really wanted to do it and I have been working on it FOREVER and I am finally done and don't want to do it again! I am happy with how cute they turned out!

This is coconut soap with this adorable little saying in it. I liked this idea because you can keep the soap bottle when it is out and just fill it back up again!

Then of course I had to make more hand sanitizers for ALL Tyla's therapists and bus drivers.

Now I need a NAP!!!

Family Photo shoot

We had our Family Christmas Pictures taken yesterday and surprisingly it went really good! We actually got one picture of ALL of us looking at the camera (but you will have to wait for that one!) The kids were so excited to go to the railroad tracks and take pictures by the train. We were even lucky to find a green train to make our pictures a little more festive! Here a few fun pictures.

I am glad this is done! Now I have to get started on Christmas cards....
