I can dream right???

I want to be at the beach right now so bad! Just hanging with my family playing in the water, building sand castles, not caring what I look like, Just having fun!! If I had to choose one family trip to go on this year it would definitely be a trip to the beach in Cali. Jeff and I use to go with some friends and all our kids and stay on the beach for a week and it was so fun! We wouldn't really have a plan we would just play on the beach all day and have cookouts. Oh how I really didn't appreciate those times until now. I realize how much fun it is to be with your family and great friends and have no other cares in the world and just play! I really hope a miracle will happen this summer and we can go to the beach as a family! I can dream right?

Jeff came home the other night from bowling and the girls were in bed asleep and he went to check on them and he told me to bring the camera...and this is what he found. Tyla is in this phase of looking at books until she falls asleep (she learned this from her sister). I love watching my girls while they sleep, they look so peaceful and innocent.

Thank you everyone who has been emailing me and calling about the budget cut crisis we are in for Tyla (and millions of other children out there) who are about to lose their services. I haven't been able to blog about it because I am just so sick over it and really can't stomach it all, but to answer all your questions for now all I can say is to keep the letters going to our legislators and there are some rally's we can attend (email me for all the details). This is so devastating because Tyla has come so far and it is all because of these services she has recieved and I pray they will not be taken away.

Lucky Me!!!

I have been wanting to go to a Suns game forever and Jeff's Mom called and said she had tickets for us!! We had about an hour notice, but no complains... We had awesome VIP seats with all the food and drinks we wanted included! We had a great time and the baby was kicking the whole time! Thanks for the tickets Kathy and thanks Jeff for going even though NBA is the one sport you don't care for, but I know you had fun!

PS.. I love Nash... he's the bomb!

Surprise Baby Shower

Today my office manager took us to Vito's for an "Account Manager Meeting" and to my surprise it was not anything close to a meeting. The office planned a baby shower lunch for me!! I am so spoiled at my office and they always say I am the office princess and they always treat me like one. I love it! It was a great surprise and I got alot of fun gifts for our little one. I am so blessed to have this job right now and to work with such wonderful people who always take care of me. Thank you SW Risk!

Baby update

8 weeks to go until our little boy will be here!!! I have my Cesarean scheduled for April 9TH at Banner Gateway. We are so excited and can't wait!! I have had an awesome pregnancy and am extremely grateful for that and really can't complain, but I must say I have hit the point finally where I am really ready for him to come out! What am I going to do with a little Boy??? The nursery has been a work in progress and I am finally happy with the final colors we have picked (chocolate brown and baby blue)Here is a sneak peak. Mandi- this one is for you! Sorry I couldn't bring myself to show off my bare belly so this is all you get!
This baby's name has been changed at least a dozen times. Here are the names we have narrowed them down to that we really like. What name do you like?

A much needed GNO!!!

I wanted to make the girls a tutu for valentines day and so I got together with my BFFS Mandi and Kristen and we made them for all our girls and went out to dinner. It was a really late night and I think I got to bed around 1:00 AM, but I had so much fun and I was past due for a girls night with no husband and kids.
I had to force this tutu on Tyla and so I didn't get a good picture, but hopefully she will wear it to dance this week and I will be able to get a good one.
MacKenzie's is way too big and too long so I hope I have time to fix it before ballet.

I LOVE Valentine's Day!!!

I have always loved Valentine's Day, not for the romance part I actually prefer to receive flowers or gifts from my loved one on a random day instead of a day where he feels he has to do it and is expected. As a child I always loved making my valentines for my school class, I loved the candy, crafts and my two favorite colors Pink and Red! One of my favorite traditions as a kid was making home made suckers with my Mom. My Mom's suckers are a legend! We had every flavor, shape, color and not to mention the are delicious!! I thought I needed to learn how to make them and do it with my girls so the other night we went over to Nana's house and made suckers and to my surprise they are very easy to make and did I mention they are delicious... Kenzi also wanted to make something for her teacher so we made cute valentine flower pots.




Valentine's Day is a great day to express your Love.

8)I LOVE making new friends even though I am shy and it is sometimes hard to do.

10)I LOVE vacations especially to the beach!
11)I LOVE the sound of my girls playing together and LOVE their relationship and LOVE that they have each other. I always wanted a sister growing up and I am so happy they have each other.
12)I LOVE reality shows even though most of them are cheesy and dumb I still LOVE them!
