School House Rocks

MacKenzie and her friend McKenna did a three week summer camp for the play School House Rocks. Kenzi had so much fun and made so many friends as usual. They did a performance this weekend both Friday and Saturday night and it was AWESOME! Kenzi smiles the whole time and she had a lot of personal lines she had to say and sing and she just shined on stage. I can't wait to put her in another play in the near future. Kenzi Rocks!

Circus

Jeff's Mom took all of us to the circus this past Friday. It was so much fun! Tyla was not sure about the clowns at first, but she finally overcame her fear and loved the circus! We all had a great time! Thanks YaYa!

WEEKLY GOAL - MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

Today we conquered one of Tyla's Fears! Thank You Whitney! I have been trying for years now to paint Tyla's nails, the last time I did this she was just a baby and she had no say in it. I decided to go buy bright colors to make it exciting and now she has fun multi colored toes. So FUN! There is HOPE...

DAN! (Defeat Autism Now)

Today was a day I have been looking forward to for a long time now. We met with a DAN Doctor for Tyla and it went really well and I feel so motivated to get my sweet Tyla all the help I can get her even if costs us a fortune! We have a long road ahead of us and after the most hardest week I have ever had with Tyla I will do whatever it takes to help her.

Dance Recital

The girls recital was so fun! Tyla did AWESOME!!! I had tears in my eyes the whole time! MacKenzie did so good she was in five dances and was great in all of them and the thing I notice this year was that she was smiling so big in all dances which I think is sometimes hard to do when concentrating on the routine. I am so proud of these girls and can't wait for the next recital!

Showtime

We are off to the girls dress rehearsal today! I always get knots in my stomach around this time. I am worried I am not going to get MacKenzie dressed in time to get on stage for each performance (she has 5) and I get nervous Tyla is going to get scared on stage and freak out or she is not going to let me get her into her costume and do her hair. Wish me luck! I will need it!

Jessica!!!!

Our cousin Jessica is here from South Dakota for a visit so she came to see us and then she watched Tyla and Ryker while I took Kenzi to dance. Jessica just graduated from High School we are happy for her and the girls love her. We wish we could see her more often!

Best Buds

Can I just say how happy I am that MacKenzie is the oldest sibling in the family. She is so great with Tyla and she is sooo much help with Ryker! She is a great example to them and so patient and loving no matter what the circumstance is! We love her so much! MacKenzie has been so sad that her baby brother has been sick so we hung out all day not going anywhere and she decided to make it fun and asked me to take pictures of her and Ryker and I was thrilled because I am always taking pictures and the kids are usually saying No more pictures Mom! It was a great very laid back day! Kenzi decided to take Tyla's reindeer ears from her Christmas dance recital and put them on Ryker and then asked me to take a picture. It was funny!
She is such a ham!

8 Weeks

Ryker was tested positive for Parainfluenza! Here is Ryker on his 8 week birthday and his first breathing treatment. My poor baby has a horrible cough that is making him so fussy, irritable and just plain miserable. I am giving him treatments every 3 hours. I hope this doesn't last long I feel so bad for him!

For the love of the game

Oh how Tyla has not seperated from the ball Jeff got for her at the game the other night, Tyla sound asleep with her security baseball! Who needs a blanket when you have a baseball right???
